第一次使用怎么保存刚刚发生的画面？
- 打开 RewindCam，允许相机和麦克风权限。
- 等待页面显示 LIVE，表示缓存正在有效工作。
- 事件发生后点击 REWIND，选择后续拍摄时间。
- 视频在 iPhone 本地生成并自动写入系统相册。
如何使用语音保存和构图辅助？
在设置中开启语音保存，选择语言并设置一个保存词。首次准备可能需要联网；准备完成后返回相机，等待 LIVE 与监听状态出现，再说出保存词。语音只开始保存，手动拍摄仍通过屏幕结束。无法启用时按提示检查权限或联网重试。九宫格与水平线可在“构图辅助”中分别开启，只显示在取景画面，不写入成片。三项功能均免费且默认关闭。
为什么没有显示 LIVE？
请确认相机权限已开启、相机没有被其他 App 占用，并检查设备存储空间和系统中断状态。拒绝相机权限时不能进行预录；拒绝麦克风权限时可以无声使用。
视频什么时候会出现在 Photos？
视频必须先完成本地生成，之后才会写入系统相册。若 Photos 权限被拒绝或写入失败，App 会保留可恢复状态并提供重试入口。
它支持后台或锁屏录像吗？
不支持。RewindCam 只在你主动打开并保持 App 可用时进行预录，也不能恢复打开相机之前的画面。
如何恢复 Pro？
在 App 内打开 Pro 页面，使用“恢复购买”。永久买断在核验成功后支持合理的离线使用；月度订阅仅在核验到有效期内可用。付款、退款和账单由 Apple 处理。

How do I save a moment that just happened?
- Open RewindCam and allow camera and microphone access.
- Wait until LIVE appears, which means the buffer is usable.
- Tap REWIND after the event and choose the follow-up duration.
- The video is generated on your iPhone and added to Photos.
How do I use voice saving and composition aids?
Enable Voice Saving in Settings, choose a language, and set one save phrase. Initial preparation may need internet access. Once ready, return to the camera, wait for LIVE and the listening status, and say your phrase. Voice starts saving only; end manual recording with the on-screen control. If setup fails, follow the permission guidance or retry with internet access. Enable the grid and level indicator separately under Composition Aids. They appear only in the preview, not in exported videos. All three features are free and off by default.
Why is LIVE not shown?
Check camera permission, make sure another app is not using the camera, and check storage and interruption status. Camera access is required for recording. Microphone access can be declined for silent capture.
When will the video appear in Photos?
The video is first generated locally and is added to Photos only after that step completes. If Photos access is denied or the write fails, RewindCam keeps recoverable state and offers a retry path.
Does it record in the background or while locked?
No. RewindCam works while you have actively opened the app and cannot recover video from before the camera was opened.
How do I restore Pro?
Open the Pro page in the app and choose Restore Purchases. A lifetime purchase supports reasonable offline use after verification; a monthly subscription is available only during its verified period. Apple handles payment, refunds, and billing.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the RewindCam version, iPhone model, iOS version, approximate time, and reproducible steps. Do not send passwords, payment details, device tokens, or original recordings.
