感谢使用 RewindCam。请在使用相机、保存视频或购买 Pro 前阅读本条款。本文中的“我们”指 RewindCam 开发者。
1. 接受条款
下载、安装、访问或使用 RewindCam，即表示你已阅读并同意本服务条款及适用法律。如果你不同意，请停止使用并删除本 App。若你代表未成年人使用本 App，应确保自己有权同意这些条款。
2. 服务说明
RewindCam 提供本机预录相机功能：在你主动开启并授予必要权限后，App 会在有限的本地缓存中保留最近画面；你可以在事件发生后触发保存，并按当前配置生成包含历史画面和后续拍摄的视频。完成的视频会按权限和系统状态尝试写入 Apple Photos。
具体可用时长、分辨率、帧率、镜头和后续拍摄方式取决于 App 版本、设备能力、系统权限、存储空间和运行状态。
3. 权限、设备与使用限制
你负责提供兼容 iPhone、系统版本、相机/麦克风权限和足够存储空间。离开 App、锁屏、来电、系统中断、设备过热、存储空间不足或系统终止进程可能中断预录或影响生成；本 App 不承诺后台或锁屏录像，也不承诺恢复尚未落盘的画面。
4. 你的内容与他人权益
你保留使用本 App 拍摄、生成和保存的影像与声音所涉及的相应权利。你必须确保自己有权拍摄、录音、保存和分享相关内容，并遵守隐私、肖像、著作权、场地规则和其他适用法律。不得利用本 App 侵犯他人权益或在他人未同意时不当录制其可识别的影像或声音。
5. Pro 购买与恢复
Pro 功能通过 Apple App Store 提供一次性非消耗型永久买断和自动续订的月度订阅。购买前请以 App 内显示的 Apple 实时价格、商品说明和购买确认页为准。月度订阅按照购买确认页显示的周期自动续订；如需停止续订，请通过 Apple 账户的系统订阅管理取消。交易、退款、账单、税费和支付争议适用 Apple 的规则及你所在地区的强制性消费者保护法。
6. Apple 与其他系统服务
本 App 依赖 Apple 提供的 iOS、Photos 和 App Store/StoreKit 服务。Apple Photos 中的副本、Apple 账户中的购买记录以及系统权限状态由 Apple 的系统服务管理。
7. 可用性、更新与变更
我们可能为了安全、性能、兼容性、法律要求或产品调整而更新、暂停或停止本 App 的部分功能。功能描述以当前 App 实际展示和实现为准，未在 App 内提供的能力不构成承诺。
8. 免责声明
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本 App 按“现状”和“可用”提供。它不是专业摄像、证据留存、安全监控、医疗、法律或其他专业服务，也不保证不会丢帧、丢声、延迟、被系统中断、无法生成或无法写入相册。
9. 责任范围
除适用法律不得排除或限制的责任外，我们不对因系统故障、设备限制、权限变化、存储不足、网络或 Apple 服务问题，以及你不当使用本 App 造成的间接损失、数据损失或机会损失承担责任。任何责任限制不影响你依法享有的强制性消费者权利。
10. 适用法律
本条款适用你所在地区的强制性消费者保护规则。对于法律允许由合同约定的事项，适用服务提供者所在地的法律；如果你所在地区的法律要求其他规则，则以这些强制性规则为准。

Thank you for using RewindCam. Read these terms before using the camera, saving video, or purchasing Pro. “We” means the RewindCam developer.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RewindCam, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using and delete the app. If you use the app on behalf of a minor, ensure that you are authorized to agree to these terms.
2. Service description
RewindCam provides an on-device pre-recording camera. After you actively open the app and grant the required permissions, it keeps a bounded local buffer. You can trigger a save after an event and generate a video containing the history and follow-up recording. The completed video is sent to Apple Photos according to permission and system state.
Available duration, resolution, frame rate, lenses, and follow-up behavior depend on the app version, device capability, permissions, storage, and runtime state.
3. Permissions, devices, and limits
You are responsible for a compatible iPhone, supported iOS version, camera and microphone access, and sufficient storage. Leaving the app, locking the screen, calls, system interruptions, overheating, low storage, or process termination may interrupt recording or generation. The app does not promise background or lock-screen recording or recovery of frames that were not written to disk.
4. Your content and other people’s rights
You retain the applicable rights in images and sound captured, generated, and saved with the app. You must have the right to record, save, and share that content and follow privacy, publicity, copyright, venue, and other applicable rules. Do not use the app to infringe rights or improperly record identifiable people without consent.
5. Pro purchases and restores
Pro features are offered through the Apple App Store as a one-time non-consumable lifetime purchase and an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Before purchasing, rely on Apple’s current price, product description, and confirmation screen. The monthly subscription renews for the period shown at confirmation and can be cancelled in Apple Account subscription management. Apple’s rules and mandatory consumer protections in your region apply to transactions, refunds, billing, taxes, and payment disputes.
6. Apple and other system services
The app depends on Apple iOS, Photos, and App Store/StoreKit services. Copies in Apple Photos, purchase records in the Apple Account, and system permission state are managed by Apple’s system services.
7. Availability, updates, and changes
We may update, suspend, or stop parts of the app for safety, performance, compatibility, legal, or product reasons. Feature descriptions are based on what the current app actually shows and implements. Capabilities not provided in the app are not promises.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” It is not professional camera, evidence-retention, security-monitoring, medical, legal, or other professional service. It does not guarantee that frames or audio will not be lost, delayed, interrupted, impossible to generate, or impossible to add to Photos.
9. Liability
Except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, data loss, or lost opportunity arising from system failures, device limits, permission changes, low storage, network or Apple service issues, or improper use. These limits do not affect mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing rules
Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your region apply. For matters that law permits to be agreed by contract, the law of the service provider’s location applies; if local law requires different rules, those mandatory rules apply.
