Privacy Policy
本隐私政策适用于 RewindCam iPhone App。本文中的“我们”指 RewindCam 开发者。
1. 适用范围与负责方
RewindCam 不要求注册账号，不运营自有服务器，不提供云端图库。本文说明本 App 在设备端处理的信息，以及 Apple 系统服务在你主动使用时可能处理的信息。
2. 相机与麦克风
当你允许权限并使用相机时，本 App 通过系统 AVFoundation 访问摄像头和麦克风，用于持续保留最近画面、响应 REWIND、生成视频和保留声音。相机画面、录音和生成中的片段在本机 App 沙盒内处理；本 App 不通过网络把这些内容发送给我们、广告平台、分析服务或 AI 服务。
拒绝麦克风权限时，系统允许的功能会以无声状态运行并明确提示；拒绝相机权限时无法进行预录。你可以随时在 iOS“设置”中撤回权限。
可选的语音保存
语音保存默认关闭，仅在你开启后使用麦克风及所需的系统语音识别权限。保存词匹配使用 Apple 的设备端语音识别；音频和识别文字不上传给我们或远程识别服务，不另行保存语音转写。保存词和所选语言保存在本机。所选语言首次缺少资源时，系统可能联网从 Apple 下载语言资源；已有资源可离线识别，设备或语言不支持时不会改用在线识别。关闭语音保存会停止口令监听，不影响屏幕保存；录制视频仍按你的麦克风设置保留声音。
3. 本机文件与设置
为了实现有界预录、视频生成和异常恢复，本 App 可能在 App 沙盒的 Caches 与 Application Support/RewindCam 目录中保存滚动视频分段、已接受任务的恢复记录、配置快照、视频生成状态、片段标识和必要的时间信息。触发成功的片段在本地成片完成并交付后会按流程清理暂存文件；相册写入失败或任务需要恢复时，相关本地文件会暂时保留。
4. 系统相册
本 App 申请 Photos 的“仅添加照片”权限，并只使用系统接口将已完成的视频添加到系统相册。本 App 不读取或扫描你已有的相册内容，也不请求编辑或删除已有照片的权限。写入相册后，视频由 Apple Photos 管理。
5. Pro 购买
Pro 功能通过 Apple StoreKit 提供，包括一次性非消耗型永久买断和自动续订的月度订阅。Apple 负责支付、账单和交易流程；本 App 不接触你的完整支付卡号或支付凭据。本 App 只接收完成权益核验所需的商品/交易结果；永久买断权益在本机保存以支持合理的离线使用，月度订阅只在已核验的订阅有效期内提供 Pro 权益。
6. 分享、第三方服务与追踪
本 App 当前不集成广告 SDK、第三方分析 SDK、行为追踪、跨 App 跟踪、账号系统或自建网络接口，因此不会为了广告、分析或 AI 处理而把本机内容发送给第三方。Apple 提供的 Photos、StoreKit 和 iOS 权限服务按照其自身规则处理你主动交给它们的内容或交易信息。
7. 保留、删除与撤回同意
预录分段只在实现滚动缓存或已接受任务所需的范围内保留。正常完成相册交付后，本 App 会清理对应的本地暂存；失败恢复文件会在需要重试期间保留。删除本 App 会按 iOS 规则移除沙盒数据，但不会删除已经写入 Apple Photos 的视频。
8. 安全与设备限制
本 App 使用 iOS 应用沙盒和系统安全机制保护本地文件，但任何设备存储或系统服务都不能保证绝对安全。相机权限、存储空间、设备温度、系统中断、后台/锁屏以及硬件格式能力都可能影响预录、生成或相册写入。
9. 儿童隐私
本 App 不是专门面向儿童设计的服务。请由家长或监护人根据所在地法律判断是否适合使用，并确保拍摄和保存他人影像、声音时具备必要的授权。
10. 你的问题与请求
如需了解本 App 的隐私处理或提出隐私请求，请通过 支持邮箱 联系我们，并尽量说明请求和 App 版本。我们不会要求你发送原始视频或声音来完成一般的隐私咨询。
11. 政策更新
当本 App 的数据处理方式或适用法律发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策，并在本页显示新的生效日期。
This Privacy Policy applies to the RewindCam iPhone app. “We” means the RewindCam developer.
1. Scope and responsible party
RewindCam does not require an account, operate its own servers, or provide a cloud photo library. This policy explains information processed on your device and information that Apple system services may process when you choose to use them.
2. Camera and microphone
When you grant permission and use the camera, RewindCam accesses the camera and microphone through AVFoundation to keep a recent buffer, respond to REWIND, generate videos, and retain sound. Camera frames, recordings, and generated segments are processed in the app sandbox on your iPhone. RewindCam does not send them over the network to us, advertising platforms, analytics services, or AI services.
If microphone access is denied, supported features can run silently with a clear indication. If camera access is denied, recording cannot start. You can withdraw permissions in iOS Settings.
Optional voice saving
Voice saving is off by default. When you enable it, the app uses the microphone and any required system speech recognition permission. Save phrases are matched using Apple’s on-device speech recognition. Audio and recognized text are not uploaded to us or a remote recognition service, and the app does not separately retain transcripts. Your save phrase and selected language are stored locally. If language resources are missing during initial setup, the system may connect to Apple to download them. Installed resources support offline recognition; unsupported devices or languages do not fall back to online recognition. Turning voice saving off stops phrase listening and does not affect on-screen saving. Recorded videos still retain sound according to your microphone settings.
3. Local files and settings
To provide bounded pre-recording, video generation, and recovery, the app may store rolling video segments, accepted-task recovery records, configuration snapshots, generation state, clip identifiers, and necessary timing information in the app sandbox. Temporary files are cleaned after successful local generation and delivery; recovery files may remain while a retry is needed.
4. Photos
RewindCam requests Photos “Add Photos Only” access and uses system APIs only to add completed videos to your library. It does not read or scan existing Photos content and does not request permission to edit or delete existing photos. After delivery, the video is managed by Apple Photos.
5. Pro purchases
Pro features are provided through Apple StoreKit and include a one-time non-consumable lifetime purchase and an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Apple handles payment, billing, and transactions. The app does not access your full card number or payment credentials. It receives only product or transaction results needed to verify access; verified lifetime access is stored on the device for reasonable offline use, while monthly access is available only during its verified subscription period.
6. Sharing, third parties, and tracking
RewindCam currently has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, behavioral tracking, cross-app tracking, account system, or self-hosted network API. It therefore does not send local content to third parties for advertising, analytics, or AI processing. Apple Photos, StoreKit, and iOS permission services process content or transaction information you choose to provide under their own rules.
7. Retention, deletion, and consent
Pre-recorded segments are retained only as needed for the rolling buffer or accepted tasks. After successful Photos delivery, the app cleans the corresponding local staging; recovery files remain while a retry is needed. Deleting the app removes its sandbox data under iOS rules but does not delete videos already written to Apple Photos.
8. Security and device limits
The app uses the iOS sandbox and system security mechanisms to protect local files, but no device storage or system service can guarantee absolute security. Camera access, storage, temperature, interruptions, background/lock-screen behavior, and hardware format support may affect recording, generation, or Photos delivery.
9. Children’s privacy
RewindCam is not designed specifically for children. Parents or guardians should determine whether it is appropriate under local law and ensure they have permission to record and save other people’s image or voice.
10. Questions and requests
For questions about privacy processing or a privacy request, contact us through support email and include your request and app version where possible. We will not require original video or audio for a general privacy inquiry.
11. Updates
We may update this policy when data processing or applicable law changes. The effective date on this page will show when it was updated.
